KING (D), incumbent, has served since March 4, 1917. Of 16 recorded votes on measures deemed of importance to Labor during his incumbency, four of his votes were favorable, six unfavorable, and six recorded as "not voting." DON B. COLTON (R), served in the U. S. House of Representatives in the 67th to the 72nd Con-. Con-. gress, inclusive. Of six recorded votes on measures meas-ures deemed of importance to Labor during his incumbency, four of his votes were favorable and two unfavorable. We recommend a neutral attitude with respect to these two candidates for the U. S. Senate, leaving 3iir members in Utah free to vote for the candidate candi-date of their choice in accordance with their best judg-ment. U. S.
