Show LEGAL NOTICES . NOTICE' TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 22, 1934. Notice is hereby given that the Honey Boy Mining Company, Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, has made application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.04. sec. ft. of water from East Spring and O.Ofi sec. ft. from West Spring, both in Beaver County, Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st inch of each year at the points of issuance of said springs, located as follows with reference to the NE cor. Sec. 5, T. 29 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M.: West Spring. N. GG degrees W. 1067 ft., East Spring, N. 34 degrees E. 325 ft. All of said water will be commingled com-mingled at the point of issuance of West Spring and used for mining purposes at the Honey Boy mine in the Bradshaw mining district. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11632. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied ac-companied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in , this office within 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
