O'Kohira, who has been confined to her bed the past few days, is reported somewhat improved. im-proved. Mrs. T. B. Frazier and little grand-I grand-I daughter have returned from a delightful de-lightful stay at Brighton, Salt Lake mountain resort. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Jeffers, son Jay 1 arid daughter Vera, returned Friday ! night of last week from a vacation j visit in Monte Bello, California. I William Cochrane jr. left Saturday j for Los Angeles, where he will con-; con-; tinue his college work at Occidental college after spending part of the simmer here and in Idaho. j Frank Haddock, former valued employe em-ploye of The News but now connected jwith the Washington County News at St. George, was visiting with old friends in Milford Sunday. He was accompanied here by Cecil Gates, also al-so of the Dixie metropolis. J Mrs. W. H H. Rice of Los Angeles, a native of Milford, is making a three weeks visit here with her mother, Mrs. M. O. Hardy, and friends following follow-ing a visit to Omaha which she made .together with her husband, who accompanied her here and then pro-ceded pro-ceded on to Los Angeles to continue his duties as a member of the fire department. |
