Only a few weeks ago an alarm given by Sales led to the capture, red-handed, of Frank Moofre, 21, (colored, and George Daniels ,21, two tiansit-nts now doing time in the state penitentiary, peni-tentiary, who were apprehended as they were about to make their entrance en-trance through the skylight, outfitted out-fitted with everything necessary to make a thorough job of it; and early Wednesday morning of this week. Sales repeated his but gular-catch-ing activities, this time making the capture alone and unassisted. James Lassiter, 20, of Buffalo, New York, was this weeks prospective prospec-tive contribution to -Utah's penal institution and he was captured about 2:30 o'clock Wednesday morn-j morn-j ing as he went to leave the store by I the back door with three packages ! of cigarettes, four packages of gum j and $23.95 in small change which he apparently secured in rifling the , cash drawers of the different de-j de-j partments.
