Show MIDWEST HI DRILL ! I KANE COUNTY j Through a.i agreement between the Utah Oil lit l ining company and j John H. Clark and C. G. Parry and associates (who hold all of the prospecting pros-pecting permits from the govern-) ment) the Midwest Oil company is j making- arrangements to drill the j structure in eastern Kane county I near the Garfield county line. I This arrangement is the outcome I of a two-year campaign by Messrs Parry and Clark. Mr. Clark discovered discover-ed the structure years ago and let it lay until Conditions 'were deemed j favorable when the necessary pros- ' pecting permits were secured. The ! structure was first examined and t certified to by Glen M. Ruby, one of the foremost geologists of the coun- ; try and recognized as being the best j posted on stratigraphic geology of : the intermountain section. Through j the cooperation of Mr. Ruby the ser-; vices of several other prominent geo- logists were secured. There have been several geological examinations by men delegated by oil companies of repute both independent and associated as-sociated with the three major companies. com-panies. The latest examination waa the jmost thorough, having been made by Mr. Shay for the Midwest Oil company. Very close agreement is noted in the findings.
