Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 23, 1930. Notice is hereby given that Hersch-el Hersch-el Bullen, whose post office address is Logan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to 1929 inclusive to appropriate 2 c. f. s. of water from Lincoln Creek in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 2 deg. 20' W. 993 ft. from the SU cor. Sec. 20, T. 29 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 200 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for general mining purposes at the Creole Mine in the Lincoln Mining District, Utah. This use consumes all of said water. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10794. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this no-. no-. tice.
