Show NOTICE OF LIEN SALE L. G. Clay and Henry M. Jennings, doing business as Milford Auto Company, Com-pany, lienholders and plaintiffs, vs. E. L. Smith, defendant. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of a claim of lien which the said Clay and Jennings Jen-nings have and claim upon a certain Buick automobile, for "the sum of Ull.SS, which amount is due for and on account of labor and skill expended expend-ed upon said chattel from November, 1927, to January 15, 1929, the said personal property herein and herein-ifter herein-ifter described will be sold at public luction to the highest bidder, for cash, at the garage property of the said Clay and Jennings, known as the Milford Auto Company lower garage, in the Town of Milford, County of Beaver, State of Utah, on the 4th day of March, 1929, at the hour of two o'clock P. M. of said day, the said personal property to be sold being be-ing described as follows: One Buick Coupe, Serial No. 18719-12; Motor No. 1945911. That the said sum of $111.85 is due and claimed to be due at the time of the first publication herein. L. G. CLAY and HENRY M.
