Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 10, 1931. Notice is hereby given that Walter Cook Jr. et al, whose post office addresses ad-dresses are Milford, Utah, have made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate .01 of a c. f. s. of water from Cook Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of said spring which bears I 221S.S5 ft. S and 25(52.77 ft. K from N j W cor. Sec. 4, T. 27 S., X. 13 W., S. L. 3. & M. and conveyed a distance of j 100 ft. where it will be used from I January 1st to December 31st incl. of : each year to water 20(1 heal of cattle. I This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 110-15. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
