Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 2-1, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Ernest R. Woolley, whose post office address s Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate ap-propriate .1 c. f. s. of water from iwu springs in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted from tho points of issuance of the springs as loliows: From Spring No. 1, N. 8 deg. -18 Min., 30 Sec. VV. 20310 ft. om the SE cor. of T. 29 S., R. 15 VV., S. L. B. & M.. and from Spring No. 2, N. 3 deg. 50' V. 20420 ft from said corner and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 2640 ft, where it will be used during the entire en-tire year for general mining purpose pur-pose at the Esealante Copper Mine in the Jack Rabbit Mining district As much water as may lie necessary will ho used during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10t'.fi3. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with u fee of ?1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of tho publication of this notice.
