Show MINERSVILLE NOTES Mr. and Mrs. Fred Watts, of Kan-osh, Kan-osh, are guests at the Sidney Carter home. Miss Lola Roberts returned home Tuesday after spending the past six weeks at Santa Anna, Calif. Miss Ethel Zlabriskie is visiting relatives re-latives at Paragonah. iMrs. Larene Gillies and children, of Delta spent the week-end here with relatives and friends. , Mr. and Mrs. Dan Stewart are the proud parents of a son, born. Miss Elma Goodwin has returned home after- spending the past month at Summit. Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Mathews and children are visiting in Garfield county. coun-ty. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Rollins and family, fam-ily, of Parowan, spent Thursday in Minersville. Winslow Banks ,of Milford, wag the week-end guest of Mr. and Mrs. James Eyre. Mrs. Gene Martin, of Fillmore spent Sunday here with relatives. She was accompanied home by Miss Olive Roberts Ro-berts who will be her guest for a while. Miss Thelma Gubler left early Saturday Sat-urday morning for her home at Lund, after spending the past week here as the guest of Ruby Hardy. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Thompson entertained en-tertained the following guests at a chicken supper Saturday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Carter, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Roberts, Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Hall, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Myers, Mr. and Mrs. T. V. Rollins and Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Thompson. Miss Ruby Hardy was hostess at a delightful radio party at her home Friday evening in honor of Miss Tel-ma Tel-ma Gubler of Lund. The evening was spent in listening to the radio and finished up by playing games. Refreshments Re-freshments were served at eleven-thir.tv eleven-thir.tv to the following euests: The Misses Thelma Gubler, guest of honor, Velma Davis and May Marshall, Garland Gar-land Hollingshead, Eugene Hardy, Ernest Myers, Sherman and Ward 1 Carter. Miss Lela Goodwin has gone to , Summit to stay with her sister Mrs. Harold Smith the remainder of the summer. I Mr. and Mrs. A. 0. Hardy and four small children motored to Puffers Lake Sunday and spent the day. A group of Minersvill's young folks went to Milford Saturday evening to a party at the home of Othello Smith. |
