Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, November 8, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Carl W. Ograin, whose post office address is Modena, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of Sec. 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to change the point of diversion and place of use of .7 c. f. s. of water of the original 2.5 c- f. s. diverted from Atcheson Creek in Beaver County, Utah. Heretofore said water has been diverted at a point which bears N. 37 cleg. 08 min. E. 15,744 ft. from the SW cor. of Sec 34, T. 30 S., R. 19 W., S. L. B. & M. and used for the irrigation of land embraced in the NW'4NW!i Sec. 28, SWVi Sec 21, T. 30 S., R. 19 W., S. L. B. & M. It is now desired to divert .7 c. f. s. of water of the original 2.5 c. f. s. at a point which bears N. 15 deg. 45 min. E. 1960 ft. from the S'i cor. of Sec. 23, said township and range and use for the irrigation of land embraced in part of the SWU, Wy2 SE4 Sec. 21 said township and range. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a-1039. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefore, must be by affidavit " in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of 1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
