Show NOTICE M. A. No. 48577 APPLICATION FOR PATENT. United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August C, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Charles T. Birchard, through his authorized agent, Paul G. Ellis, whose post office of-fice address is No. 518 Felt Building Build-ing in Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for a United States patent for the following named lode mining claims consolidated, situate in the Star Mining District in Beaver County, Utah, being survey No. 6903, the location notices whereof are recorded re-corded in the office of the County Recorder Re-corder for Beaver County, Utah, in tiie respective books of record of mining notices and at the pages which are set opposite the name of each claim, viz: The Ruby mine lode, in Book 2 at page 644; the Sadie Mine lode, in book 2 at page 645; and the Sadie Fraction lode in book 4 at page 23 of said records. Said lode mining claims as consolidated are described in the field notes and plat on file in this office, with magnetic variations varia-tions at 16 degrees 17 minutes east, as follows: Commencing at corner No. 1 of the Ruby Mine lode, from whence theVi corner common to sections 25 and 30 in Tp. 2S S. R. 11 and 12 W, S. L. B. M. bears 47 deg., 50 min. E. 6795.6 ft; thence S. 19 deg., 13 min. W. 77.7 ft. to intersect line 3-4 of Sadie Fraction lode; thence N. 29 deg, 01 min. E. 146.7 ft. to cor. No. 4 of Sadie Fraction lode; thence S. 51 deg. 58 min. E. 407.5 ft. to cor. No. 1 Sadie Fraction lode; thence S. 29 deg. 12 min. W. 1499.7 ft. to cor. No. 2 Sadie Fraction lode; thence N 51 deg. 58 min. W. 402.8 ft to cor No. 3 Sadie Fraction lode ; thence N. 29 deg. 01 min. E. 219.2 ft to intersect line 2-3 of Sadie Fraction lode; thence N. 77 deg. 17 min. W. 11S4.9 ft. to cor. No. 3 Sadie Mine lode; thence N. 12 deg. 43 min. E. 457.5 ft to cor. No. 4 Sadie Mine lode; thence S. 77 deg, 17 min. E. 131S.7 ft to intersect in-tersect line 3-4 Sadie Fraction lode ; thence N. 29 deg, 01 min. E. 625.2 ft. to intersect line xvuoy mine lode; thence N. 77 deg, 17 min. W. 1491.4 ft. to cor. No. 3 Ruby Mine lode; thence N. 19 deg, 13 min. E. 297 ft to cor. No. 4 Ruby Mine lode; thence S. 70 deg, 06 min. E. 1490.5 ft to cor. No. 1 Ruby Mine lode, the place of beginning. The said described area being part of and located within the unsurvey-ed unsurvey-ed part of Tp. 28 S. R. 12 V, S. L. B. M., and contains a net area of I 29.347 acres after having excluded ; from the gross area thereof all parts , thereof in conflict with adjoining locations to wit: Conflicts with Sur- j vey No. 5681 Eureka lode; Survey No. 4594 Ladie Bryan lode; Survey No. 5654 Beacon Mine lode. Adjoining Adjoin-ing and conflicting claims as shown ! by the plat of survey are the Eureka, 1 Sur. No. 6681; Peyton No. 1 Sur. No. 5115; Ladie Bryan lode Sur. No. 4694; Beacon lode, Sur. No. 6654; Star Mountain lode Sur. No. 4601; Marie lode Sur. No. 5675; Midway lode, Sur. No. 5673.
