Show SOUTH MILFORD The trustees of the Community club of which Horace Palmer is president pre-sident met on Saturday evening at the club house to allot the share of (lour and livestock feed granted them for destitution by the Red Cross, J. C. Smith, chairman of the local Red Cross chapter was present to assist. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Rohn who have been living in Cedar City during the past winter returned here last Saturday Satur-day and will make their home during the summer at the home of Mrs. Rohn's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Cates. The Saturday afternoon Bridge club was entertained last Friday afternoon af-ternoon at the home of Mrs. W. C. Cates. Members present included Mesdames Cochrane, Sloan, Lewis, Geo. Fernley, CofTeen and Williams, Mrs. Irma Gillies and Mrs. Carl Elmer El-mer were guests of the club. After cards were enjoyed a two course luncheon was served by the hostess. Mrs. Geo. Fernley won high score for points and Mrs. John CofTeen for honors. hon-ors. Consolation was awarded to Mrs. Wm. Cochrane and guest prize to Mrs. Carl Elmer.. |
