Griffiths, whose post office address is Minersville, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Session Laws of Utah, J 1)1!) to 1929 incl. to appropriate .0045 of a c. f. s. of water from Wheat Grass Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which hears whence the S 14 cor. Sec. 29, T. 28 S., U. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. bears S. 10 degrees 30' E. 2,000 ft. and conveyed convey-ed a distance of 100 ft. where it will bo used from January 1st to December Decem-ber 31st incl. of each year to waiter ?.00 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. lOSilfi. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty '(30) days after the completion . of the publication of this notice.
