Show MILFORD YOUNG MAN IS KILLED BY FALL LEONARD THOMPSON y BURIED THURSDAY Funeral services were held Thursday Thurs-day afternoon from the L. D. S. chapel for Leonard Thompson, who was killed last week in an accident in Los Angeles. Thompson, who was employed as a carpenter on a building, build-ing, fell thirty feet upon an iron beam. He sustained a fractured skull, regained consciousness for a short time, but passed away soon. It occured on July 28th. He was 26 years old at the time of his untimely death, and leaves a sorrowing sor-rowing widow, Leverda, a young son, two years old, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Thompson, of Milford, and several sisters. The funeral was in charge of Harry Ward. Bishop E. H. Bird and William Miller were the speakers who consoled consol-ed the bereaved ones. Burial was made at the Greenville cemtery. |
