Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 22, 1931 Notice is hereby given that John T. Jones, whose post office address is Milford, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate 0.1 of a c. f. s. of water from an Unnamed Spring- in Beaver County, Utah. Said wateris to be diverted at the point of issuance of said spring which bears 1532.2 ft. S. and 697.4 ft. E. of the NW cor. Sec. 34, T. 2G S., R. 15 V., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance dis-tance of 100 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year to water 500 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11188. All protests against the granting-of granting-of 'said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
