Show MILFORD HI TAKES 1ST LEAGUE GAME Coach Heslington has his basketball basket-ball quint in excellent shape and they showed it by cleaning up on Fillmore 35 to 11. The Fillmore boys played play-ed a very fast hrand of ball but they could not stop the local squad. Weston Wes-ton had his eiye on the hoop making 20 of the 35 points. They had ball the greater great-er part of the time and were there when it came to basket shooting. The score; was 19 to 50 in favor of "M" Men and the Minersville All-Stars was a. vei'y fast game. These two teams were very evenly matched. At the half the! Milford boys were one point and at the third quarter the score fwas 18 all, but in the fourth quarter the boys were not able to hold up in their basket shooting shoot-ing and lost the game, the score be-ing be-ing 21 to 25.
