Show Native of Panguitch Dies Of Burns in Nevada Carl D. Cheel, 33, native of Panguitch, Pan-guitch, Utah, died in a Ely, Nev., hospital Monday of burns received when gasoline flared from an open bucket in which he was washing motor mo-tor parts Sunday. The explosion, which struck him in the face, chest and arms, is believed to have been caused by cigaret ashes. Cheel spent his early life in Utah and enlisted in the air service in the world war, where he was retained after af-ter the war as ground instructor and mechanic on several fields. Later he made several trips to the Orient and came to this district several years ago. His wife died several years ago. He is survived by five small children, child-ren, his mother, Mrs. L. M. Cheel, Ely; a sister, Mrs. R. R. Morrison, Sacramento Califl; three (brothers, C. W. Cheel, Preston, Nev.; W. A. Cheel, Delta, Utah; M. W. Cheel, Kimberly, Nevada. I |
