Show JOHN CARLISLE TO GIVE UP POSITION - John C. Carlisle, superintendent of schools of Beaver County for the past four years and recently; reappointed reap-pointed for an additional term, has handed in his resignation to go Into effect July 1. Superintendent Carlisle came to ' Baver county in 1926, accepting a position as Instructor of English and public speaking. Following the resignation of M. O. Poison, county superintendent of schools, Mr. Carlisle Car-lisle was appointed to the position. Mr. Carlisle has been studying for the past few summers at the University Univer-sity of California at Berkley to obtain ob-tain his Master Degree." It is his plan this year to continue his studies stud-ies at that school during the summer amd then in the fall to enter the Nebo school district as principal of the Payson high school. |
