Mr. Parrott urged the taxpayers to familiarize themselves with the tax situation, paying particular attention at-tention to the items, "Who pays the taxes within the county" and "how much of each tax dollar is expended for educational purposes" in order ' they may assist in placing the problems pro-blems before the public in the right light.
