Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 22, 1931 Notice is hereby given that John T. Jones, whose post office address is Milford, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate 0.1 of a c. f. s. of water from an Unnamed Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of said spring which bear? 1532.2 ft. S. and Oil 7.4 ft. E. of the XV cor. Sec. 34, T. 26 S., R. 15 V'., S. L. B. M. and conveyed a distance dis-tance of 100 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year to water 500 head of cauie. Th:s application is designated in the State Engineer's Orfice as File Xo. HISS. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons th-ereior, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of 81.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
