Show I NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, 1 Salt Lake City, Utah, April 10, 1931. ! Notice is hereby given that Walter Cook Jr. et al, whose post office addresses ad-dresses are Milford, Utah, have made application in accordance with the re-1 re-1 quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inch to appropriate , .01 of a c. f . s. of water from Cook Spring in Beaver County, Utah. Said ' water is to be diverted at the point of I issuance of said spring which bears ; 2218.85 ft. S and 2562.77 ft. E from N . W cor. Sec. 4, T. 27 S., R. 13 W., S. L. j B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 100 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year to water 200 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11045. All protests against the granting of , said application, stating the reasons J therefor, must be by affidavit in dup- licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
