Show BUSINESSWOMEN ARRANGE FOR TEA Plans for a tea to be held this week were made at a meeting of the Business Busi-ness and Professional women held at v the Atkin hotel last Monday evening. Mrs. Erma Gillies, Miss Veronica Davis and Mrs. Louise Campbell were appointed by Mrs. Annie J. Atkin, - president of the organization, to make arrangement for the tea to which the public will be invited. Mrs. Gillies and Miss Davis were also appointed delegates to the state convention of the Business and Professional Pro-fessional women with Mrs. Atkin and Mrs. Vivian Hunter as alternates. Miss Davis as delegate to the regional re-gional convention of the clubs held at Nephi last week end gave a report of the proceedings and stated that the Milford delegate was well received and the work of the local lodges received re-ceived recognition by the larger clubs represented at the convention. It was announced at the meeting that Mrs. Campbell would conduct a kindergarten in Milford this summer. After the transaction of minor matters mat-ters of business, the meeting was adjourned ad-journed and refreshments were served serv-ed by Mrs. Erma Gillies and Mrs. Louise Campbell. |
