SELLS FARM AND RETAINS CREAMERY PARRISH LAND GETS FANCY SALE PRICE i Sixty-four acres of Dr. C. R. Par-rish's Par-rish's farm at his creamery was sold recently to Lester Williams. The consideration con-sideration for the tract was ten thousand thou-sand dollars. The sale included dairy cattle, buildings and farm machinery. It did not include the creamery, which Doctor Parrish will continue to operate. oper-ate. The deal was consummated by the Kirk Realty company. The farm was originally eighty acres. Sixteen acres had previously-been previously-been sold to John Goodwin for sixteen six-teen hundred dollars.
