David J S. Block left his automobile In J a parking lot at First and Bag- I ley streets, Detroit, and it was I stolen. His insurance company $ - paid him $.'!75 and Bued the Service Parking corporation, op- erators of the lot, for that j amount. The lower court en- tered a judgment for the de- fendants, holding that the words "not Insurers," on the parking ticket absolved the company from responsibility.
