Show RESEEET NEWS. Miss Neva Cropper entrtained The O. X. E. club at nor home Thursday evening. A dainty luncheon was served ser-ved to the following club members: Misses Norma Moody. Mammie lick. Evelyn Bateman, Mary St. Clair. Pearl Ferrce. Iluldah Hales, Rose Andrus, Petty and Mrs. Eva Croft. The club will meet with Miss Huldah Hales next week. The teachers and pupils of the A. C. Nelson school are preparing a very entertaining program to be given Tuesday evening November 2S. Several prominent young men of our town attended a party given by the M. W. A. club of Abraham, Tuesday evening. The M. I. A. have organized a dramatic club. Members are preparing pre-paring the play "All of A Sudden Peggy" which will be presented to the public in the near future. A mas meeting will be held Thursday Thurs-day evening for the purpose of organizing or-ganizing a partn-teadhers association. associa-tion. Lincoln Cropper is spending a few days in Salt Lake. Mr. Alfred Damron spent the week-end in Delta. Some people wonder why. The illness of Mrs. Jesse Western resulted in her being taken to the Holly Cross hospital at Salt Lake for medical treatment.
