Will Killpack returned from Salt Lake City Tue.alay with two large Craham Brothers trucks, fitted with enclosed bodies, specially designed for transporting students to and from school. Each car has a seating capacity of twenty-five to forty stu-. stu-. dents, according to size. The seats are upholstered In leather, six inch cushions. They have big easy riding tires and are equipped with a very powerful motor, so that practically no road condition should be able to hold them up. Mr. Killpack has a contract to transport students from the South 'tract to and from the Delta high school and from the towns of Oasis and Deseret to and from Hinckley. Should the operation of these big busses prove satisfactory, the Board of Education may take over their operation. Students will now be able to travel trav-el to school in the most inclement weather, without danger to health or discomfort. |
