Show j. . . COMMERCIAL CLUB MEETING The Delta Commercial Club held a very line, well attended meeting Monday night, with twenty-nine members present. The meeting was for the purpose of election of officers, offi-cers, l-esultlng as follows. President, Frank L. Davis. Vice Presiflent. tier). S. Forest. S L-i.jtary, Si:ott TagKart. Treasurer, Albert Larsen. Trustees H. A. Mather, F. L. Byron, Ben Douglas, F. W. Cottrall, K. J. Law. Articles of incorporation were adopted, fixing membership initiation at $5 and dues at $ 1 a month payable three months in advance. The matter of a game warden was brought up, Delta asking for it, as she had never had this courtesy extended ex-tended to hor. The matter of a community warehouse ware-house was brought up, the warehouse to be used for the pooling of seed. A committee was appointed to work with the farm bureau and to report In two weeks, using every effort to hurry this Important matter along. It Is hoped that such a warehouse can be built by fall. A committee was appointed to meet with the board of county commissioners com-missioners to retain a County Agricultural Agri-cultural agent In Millard County, and to obtain a suitable appropriation appropria-tion for that purpose. The entertainment of our guests on Wednesday was brought up, and Delta pledged hersolf to shows Eureka Eu-reka Its best. We beliove that the new officers of the club are very aptly chosen, and that the Delta Commercial Club under their vigorous management will be active, take the lead In all matters pertaining to our welfare, and in overy way bo what a commercial commer-cial club should be. Loyal support to the officers by the mcmbors, an interest In Its affairs and a hearty cooperation will make the club a strong, effective and hard hitting organization.
