Deseret Doings Yesterday seemed to be a busj day at the Deseret iee cream parlor. par-lor. E. J. Eliason was a heavy patron. A number of his friends enjoyed icecream at his expense. The occassion being a visit from the Stork on Wednesday, June 2nd, leaving a son and heir. All concerned doing nicely. The fierce wind storm that visited us last Tuesday afternoon, played hovoc with our park and grand-stand also stripped a number num-ber of shade trees of theii limbs. Monday evening, under the supervision of Bishop Damror and P. T. Black, the Deacons ol the Ward met at 8:00 oclocfc cleared and burned the rubbish from the Tithing lot. After the completion of the work, thej were served with candy . anc nuts. Miss Norma Moody came hom Saturday from Provo after spend ing the winter there, attendinj the B. Y. U. Miss Marcia Beck and Franl Johnson were visitors duuing th( week. Frank Petty of Hurricane h visiting relataves and friends foi a few days. The Bee Hive Club will mee' at'the home of Mrs. Stella Blacl-this Blacl-this week. A good time is in sured.
