Show HEXXETT KAM1I.V KEI XIOX On November 30th. 1916, the 2nd Annual Reunion of the Samuel Bennett Ben-nett family, of Holden was held at the home of Heber L. Bishop, of Hinckley, At 1:00 p. m., tables were spread for twenty-four guests, and a sumptuous sump-tuous Thanksgiving dinner was enjoyed en-joyed by all. During dinner father spoke on organization, or-ganization, he also said the gospel tirst came to his family in I860, when Brigham Young brought the message to his grandfather in the little town of Harding, Flintshire county, North Wales. having laid due respect to the tu:(ev and cranberry sauce, we passe I into the p:tlor, where under the direction of i taster of ceremonies, Heher L Bishop, Bis-hop, a very appropriate program was rendered. An organization of the Bennett fomily was affected as follows: Samuel Bennett, Pres., Samuel Bennett, Jr., 1st vice-pres., Loreiuo Christensen, 2nd vice-pres., Andrew and Martha sorenson and Leah Christensen, Sec'y and Treasurer John and Hilda Bennett, Corespontl-ing Corespontl-ing Sec'y., Heber and Mary Bishop Lawrence and Josephine Abbott, Genealogical Committee, Temple Committee Father and mother, Samuel Sam-uel Joseph, Lena, and Hettie Bennett, Ben-nett, and Edward and Ida Christensen, Christen-sen, Social Committee, Ratchel, Ar-temesia Ar-temesia and Lena Bennett and Bennett Ben-nett Bishop. On motion the Pros Vice-pres. and Sec'y are to meet in the near future and formulate by-laws by which the associations are ot be governed. It was decided that the next annual an-nual meeting should he held Sept. 10th, 1917, at the home of A. C. Sorenson Sor-enson at Delta, Utah.
