Justesen, whose poetofflce address Is Delta, Utah, has made application In accordance with th. requirements of tb. Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907. as amended by tb. Session Laws of Utah. 1909 and 1911. to appropriate one hundred seventy (170) acre-feet of water from Sevier river." Millard County. Utah. Said water ' will be stored during the period from Jsnusry 1 to December 31. Inclusive, of each year Jn a reservoir embraced In Section Sec-tion 25. Township 14 South. Range 7 West. Salt Lake Has. and Meridian. Th. center of the Impounding dam Is situated at a point which lies 1.320 feet north and 1,90 feet west of the southeast corner of Section 25. Town sbfp II 8outb. Range 7 West, Salt Lake Raae and Meridian. The water so stored will be pumped from said reservoir and conveyed by mesns of a ditch for a distance of 90 feet during th. period from April 1 to September SO, Inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 19.11 acres of land embraced In Section Sec-tion 25, Township 1 South. Range 7 West and Section 30, Township 14 Sooth. Ranee 4 West Salt Lake Hase and Meridian. This application Is designated In the State Engineer's Office as No. Sl9.
