Show Notice of Foreclosure by Advertisement Advertise-ment Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will sell at public pub-lic auction at Deseret, Millard County, Utah, on the farm of Albert Hales, at the hour of one o'clock, p. m., on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, the following chattels, to-wit: One Minneapolis Traction simple engine, mounted on direct di-rect flue boiler, 18 horse power, coal burner, number 6771, complete com-plete with all parts and attachments. attach-ments. One Minneapolis Separator with 32 inch cylinder, 56 inch reed, number 12631, with trucks under same, with gearless straw stacker, complete with all belts, parts and attachments. That said property is covered by a chattel mortgage executed by Joshua R. Bennett and Albert Al-bert Hales, mortgagors, on the 23rd day of May, 1912, to the undersigned, The Minneapolis Threshihg Machine Company,-said Company,-said mortgage being recorded in the office of the County Recorder Record-er of Millard County, State of Utah, on the 17th davof June, A. D., 1912, at 10:20, a. m., in book A of Chattel Mortgages on page 567-571. That there is now due and owing ow-ing on said mortgage at the date of the final publication of this notice, the sum of $2067.68 principal, prin-cipal, together with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum on $1009.00 thereof from the 23rd of May, 1912, and at the rate of ten per cent per annum on $1058.68 from the 13th day of January, 1914 amounting to $431.27 interest, a total of $2498.95, principal and interest.
