Delta Land & ; Water Company, a corporation, Plaintiff vs. Nathan B. New- j- Summons, comb and Jane Doe Newcomb, his wife (otherwise (other-wise unknown). Defendants. I The State of Utah to the said defendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise, within thirty days after af-ter service, and defend the above entitled action, and in case of your failure so to do, judgement will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought to recover re-cover a judgement against the defendant, Nathan B. Newcomb, for the sum of Twenty-three Hundred Six and Sixty-eight-100 ($2306.68) Dollars, principal and interest computed to the 26th day of July, 1915, on two certain land and water contracts held by the defendant, Nathan B. Newcomb, New-comb, for the purchase, respectively, respect-ively, of the following described tract of land and the water right for the same, situated in Millard County, State of Utah, and bounded and described as follows, fol-lows, to wit: The South East Quarter of the South East Quarter Quar-ter of Sec. 16 Twp. 16 South, of R. 7 west, and for the further sum of Forty-five and forty-one-100 ($45.00) Dollars, water assessments assess-ments for maintenance, and for the further sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.41) Dollars, attorney's attor-ney's fees and for costs of suit and for the appointment of a re-ciever re-ciever during the pendency of this action.
