Show corner of block 75, thence running run-ning east three blocks to the southeast corner of block 73; Also Al-so commencing at the northwest corner of block 58, thence running run-ning east one block to the northeast corner of said block, thence running south one-half block to the center of said block on 2nd West St. Said cement walks are to be four feet wide and four inches thick, with three and one-fourth inch base and three-quarter inch topping, all of said sidewalks being in sidewalk paving district Nos. 2 and 3, and to defray the abutters portion of the costs and expenses thereof, estimated at $8560.86, or twelve and one-half cents per square foot of paving there being 68,486.93 square feet abutting on said portion of said improvements, by a local assessment upon the lots and pieces of ground within with-in the following described district being the district to be benefited by said improvement. The total cost of said improvement improve-ment is estimated at $8560.86, and is to be raised by a local assessment as-sessment levied upon the property proper-ty herein before described, which will be benefited or effected by said improvement. All protests and objections to the carrying out of said intention inten-tion must be presented in writing stating therein the lot and block or description of property to the Town Clerk of the Town of Delta, on or before the 28th day of September A. D., 1915, being the time set by the said Town Board when it will hear and consider con-sider such protests and objections as may be made thereto.
