Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 24, 1916. Notice is hereby given that Charles Theobald, et al, whose post office address ad-dress is Hinckley, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the session laws of utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate appropri-ate one-hundredth (.01) of a cubic-foot of water per second from Robbers' spring, Millard county, Utah. said spring issues at a point which bears north 32 degrees, west 21,120 feet from united states location Monument No. 235, in unsurveyed Township 16 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lake Base and me- i ridian. The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 30 feet, and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering water-ing purposes. This application is designated desig-nated in the state Engineer's office as No. 6821. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
