Brossard, Farm Mamagement Demonstration Agent, in the Farm Management Demonstration Demonstra-tion work. Each man gave a complete and detailed record of his farm business for the year 1914 ending January 1st, 1915. These records were sent to the Agricultural College at Logan where they were calculated and the profits and losses on each individual farm made known and demonstrated by means of comparative com-parative statements of size of business, quality of business and diversity of business, on the individual in-dividual farm with that of the ten better paying farms and the average of all farms in the survey. sur-vey. Each farmer was given a sheet containing this comparison and analysis. At this time farm account books were placed in the hands of each individual farmer and an explanation of the same was made to him. The farmer agreed in most cases to keep a record of his farm business in the simple account book. The l(3th, 17th, and 18 of February, Feb-ruary, sixty-two farmers gave to Mr. Weich and Dr. R. J. Evans a complete and detailed farm business record of their respective re-spective farms for the year 1915 ending January 1st, 1916.
