Show Summons In the District Court of the fifth judicial district of the State of Utah, County of Millard. Delta Land & Water Company, a corporation. Plaintiff, vs. - Summons Charles T. Leach-man, Leach-man, and Jane Doe Leachman. his wife, (otherwise unknown) Defendants. J The State of Utah, to the said defendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon up-on you, if' served within the County in which this action is brought, otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand de-mand of the complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought to foreclose fore-close the lien of plaintiff upon the forty shares of the capital stock of the Delta Canal Company, Com-pany, representing a water right for the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (nwl ne), Section 20, Townsnip 15 South, Range 7 West, S.
