Show Summons In the District Court of the fifth judicial district of the state of Utah, in and for the county of Millard. Delta Land & , Water Company, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Summons R. T. Richter, I and R. A. Emigh, Defendants. j The State of Utah to the said Defendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after die service of this summons upon you, if served within the County Coun-ty in which this action is brought, otherwise within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment judg-ment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought to foreclose fore-close the lien of the plaintiff upon up-on the eighty shares of the capital capi-tal stock of the Delta Canal Company, Com-pany, representing water rights for the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 4, Township 18 South of Range 6 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Sec-tion 4, Township 18 South of Range 6 West, Salt Lake Base and Maridian, and also a lien of the plaintiff upon the right, interest in-terest and equity of the defendants defend-ants in and to said lands.
