Show Before the Board of County Commissioners Com-missioners in and for Millard County, State of Utah. In the matter of the creation of a Drainage District to be known as Millard County Drainage District, Number One. Notice of Drainage Election. Notice is hereby given that an election has been ordered and is hereby called and will be held in Hinckley, Millard County, State of Utah, cn the 27th day of July, A. D. 1915, to vote upon the following fol-lowing question: Shall the Drainage District or ganized in Millard County, State of Utah, and known as Millard County Drainage District Number Num-ber One, and bounded as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 7 West S. L. M. thence north one-fourth mile, thence east one-half mile, thence north one and three-fourths miles, thence west one-half mile, thence north one-half mile, thence west two and one-fourth miles, thence south three and one-fourth miles, thence east one-fourth one-fourth mile, thence south one-fourth one-fourth mile, thence east one and one.half miles, thence north one mile, thence east one-half mile to the point of beginning, issue and sell bonds in the amount of $60,000.00 for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing drains, drainage canals and other required improvements deemed necessary to drain lands in said District and to conserve the public pub-lic health and welfare, all of said bonds to be of the denomination of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.) each to bear interest at a rate not exceeding seven per cent (7) per annum, payable semiannually semi-annually and to run for a period of not less than ten years nor more than 20 years. Those voting in favor of issuing issu-ing said bonds, shall cast a ballot containing the words "Drainage Bonds Millard County Drainage District No. 1, Yes." Those voting against issuing said bonds shall casta ballot containing con-taining the words "Draihage Bonds Millard County Drainage District No. 1, No." Said bonds may be redeemable as follows: 1-10 thereof may be payable in the 10th year. 1-10 thereof in the 11th year. ' 1-10 thereof in the 12tn year, and so on. 1-10 payable each year until the entire issue shall have been redeemed. Said election will be held in Hinckley, Millard County, State of Utah, on Tuesday the 27th day of July, A. D. 1915. There shall be one polling place, at the District Dis-trict School House in Hinckley, Millard County, Utah.
