Show Woodrow Items Mr. and Mrs. John Wind are joyfully welcoming a fine baby girl. ' Robt. Elmore will preach at Woodrow next Sunday evening at 8, p. m. Mrs. Gertrude Stewart and daughter, Sarah, from Philadelphia, Phila-delphia, Pa., arrived in Wood-row Wood-row last Sunday morning for a prolonged visit with Mrs. Harmon Har-mon Fredricks. Mrs. Stewart has been in poor health for several years, and was finally ordered West by her physician for change of climate. Already she shows marked improvement. We wish that this valley was better known to Eastern invalids. Mr. Geo. S. Hoffecker who spent last summer with Dr. Tracy, is so much better in health that he is able to remain home with his family this summer for the first time in 20 years. -The Jolly Stitchers meet Fri day with Mrs. W. E. Perry. Master Milton Lills, son of Bishop Lills, who suffered a dislocation dis-location of the elbow, is improv-. ing nicely,-and will soon be able to climb once more, but he says he will never again be so careless care-less as to fall off a building. Mrs. Clyde Underbill and Miss Cora Heise, have left the Wood-row Wood-row metropolis to rusticate for a month in the village of Provo. They will attend summer school there. Already they have written writ-ten home of some of their school girl pranks and of their delight in being scholars once more instead in-stead of teachers. A party of men arrived in Woodrow this week trying to engage en-gage teams to haul ore from Deseret mountain on the north and Drum mountain on the west, to Sugarville. The members of the "Hum mer Dramatic Troupe" accompanied accomp-anied by their respective wives and husbands were entertained by Miss llelene Davis at Sutherland Suther-land Tuesday evening. Miss Davis and her mother surely know how to entertain. The pleasure of meeting together as a troupe without the fear of missing ;hs cue was great.
