Notice is hereby given that Charles Theobald, et al. whose post office address is Hinckley, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the session Laws of Utah, 1!KI9, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one-hundredth one-hundredth (.01) of a cubic-foot of water per second from North Spring, Millard County, Utah. Said spring issues in the House Range of the Swasey Mountains, at a point which bears south 03 degrees 30 minutes west, 87,120 feet from the town of Joy. The water will be diverted at the spring and piped for a distance of 50 feet, and there used by means of troughs from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Engi-neer's office as No. 6799. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty ' (30) day after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
