' Notice Is hereby given that at meeting of the directors, held November Novem-ber 15, 1910, an assessment of two cents per share was levied on tho capital atock of the corporation, payable pay-able on or before December 20, 1910, to Jas. 8. Dlake, treasurer, Hinckley, Utah. Any stock upon which this MsoMment may remain unpaid December De-cember 20, 1910, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, auc-tion, and unless payment Is made before be-fore will be sold January 10, 1911, to pay the delinquent assessment, together to-gether with cost of advertising and expense of sale.
