Washington.- Jam Bryce, tbi British ambassador to the United States, has tendered bla realgnatioi and will return to England. There has been no official announcement ol the resignation and the embassy wil make no statement but It is learned on high authority that Mr. Bryce Informed In-formed President Taft of bla action at the White Ilbuse on Saturday. It Is understood that the ambassador submitted to the president the name of the Hrltisn government's choice for his successor and at the same time stated bis own Intention of returning home as soon as possible.
