L Bunker Dies In Salt Lake Hospital Sunday Keith LeRoy Bunker son of Lamond Lamond Lamond La La- mond and Zola Woodbury Bunker f of Sutherland died In the hospital in Salt Lake City on Sunday afternoon afternoon afternoon after after- noon at p. p m. m of leukemia He lIe was twenty years old born in Delta Jan 29 1927 He was stricken strick strick- en with his fatal illness in September Septem Septem- ber while serving In the mission missionfield missionfield missionfield field from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter Saints Keith had spent most of his life in Delta attending school at Sutherland Sutherland Sutherland erland and graduating from the Delta high school After graduation graduation graduation tion he served 21 months in the merchant marine service and durIng durIng during dur dur- ing that time had traveled around the world 7 He wa was called on his mission from the Sutherland ward and left for his field fled of labor in January 1947 He was taken ill early in the fall faU when his parents were were notified notified noti not fied fled and brought to Salt Lake City by plane on Sept 22 He was treated at the L. L D. D S. S hospital and when slightly improved was able I to come home for a short visit He had been in the hospital for three weeks preceding his death Surviving are his parents and three and two sisters Boyd L.
