Show HINCKLEY . , . Phone your news Tuesday to Sebrina Ekins Miss Betty Terry of Seattle, Washington returned to her home last week after visiting here for two weeks with her sister Mrs. Elaine T. Hardy. Mrs. Erlene Hekkar and small daughter and Miss Helen Bishop left Monday to go to Sterling to spend several weeks with their Aunt Mis. Hansen. M-S Edgar Cropper of Salt Lake and M-S Kenneth Cropper and infant in-fant son of Seattle, Washington spent Tuesday and Wednesday visiting at the Amos Maxfield home and with other relatives. Those from out of town who came for the funeral services of Jonathan B. Pratt were, M-S Harold Knight from Glendale, Cal. Mrs. Vern Jacobs from Burbank, Calif., M-S Tobler from Washington Washing-ton Co. Mr. Marion Pratt, Fairview; M-S Lee Pratt, Tooele; Mrs. Almira Pratt and Mary Pratt from Manti; Mrs Ann Valentine from S.L.C.; Mrs. Mary Reeve and daughters Delia and Emma from Provo and M-S Rodney B. Ashby from Manti. Many friends and relatives called call-ed at "open house" at the Don A. Bishop home Saturday honoring M-S Robert E. Slaughter who observed ob-served their fifty-sixth wedding Anniversary. Refreshments were served to the guests who called. A 4H club was organized June 14 at the 4H leaders' home, Mrs. Dana Bishop. Beatrice Taylor was elected president, Marjine Facke-rell, Facke-rell, vice-president, Betty Hardy secretary; Rachel Knight, social manager; Rowena Swenson, reporter. re-porter. The club will be a sewing club for the summer. M-S Ross Hilton are moving this week into the house just recently vacated by M-S Charles Stratton. M-S1 Loren Dutson and Ormus Dutson of Deseret went to Manti this week to see their father James Dutson. Mr. Dutson was ill but is very much improved now. Mrs. Rose Knight left this week to go to Salt Lake to live for the summer. Lowell Bennett went to Salt Lake for medical treatment on his eye after accidentally getting something in it. M-S Arthur Reeve went to E-phraim E-phraim Wednesday to attend the funeral services of Mrs. Reeve's sister, Mrs. Eda Tippetts. M-S John Barton returned Monday Mon-day from a trip up north. Mr. Barton Bar-ton attended a livestock show in Logan. M-S Joe Buchanan left last Thursday to go to summer school at Logan. Mrs. Geneva Hansen returned og Monday to her home in Sterling after visiting here for some time with Mrs. Betty Swenson. The Hinckley Ward will be host Friday night at the Deseret Stake Budget dance which is scheduled to be held in the open air. Mrs. Myrtis Smith of Grantsville is here visiting with her mother, Mrs. Phoebe Mecham. Miss Beth Mecham went to Salt Lake last week for medical treatment. treat-ment. She returned Sunday. Mr. Melvin Noor of Salt Lake is here visiting with Miss Beth Mecham. Mech-am. Mr. Eldon Harding of Heber City, came down Sunday for a visit.
