In this bitterly fought election in which both sides brought up everything every-thing they could fiad against the other party and its candidates, and indulged in all types and kinds of subterfuges to win, we wish to congratulate con-gratulate Judge Hoyt on bis advertisement adver-tisement in last week's Chronicle. His ad was one of the very few that was sincere, strictly clean and 'on the highest plane of any of the ! ads we read. , , i We have a tabulation of the returns re-turns on the bottom of this page which consists of the West Side precincts, East Side totals, and the total vote in the County, which includes in-cludes the Snake Valley returns. The County vote total is larger than what the columns add up to because some East Side precincts were not in at the time of getting those totals. The final ' figures in the County total column are accurate ac-curate at noon Thursday, although there may be minor errors in 1 lesser figures by the precincts. |
