Show PTA Council To Broadcast Over KSVC Thursday The West Millard County PTA Council will broadcast a special program over radio station KSVC at Richfield Thursday at 2:30 p. m. according to George Anderson Millard school district coordinator coordina-tor in charge of the weekly broadcasts broad-casts from the Millard school district. dis-trict. The program which runs for 15 minutes is entitled, "Who, Me?" The narrator is Mrs. LaVon Morrison Mor-rison of Delta, president of West Millard PTA council. Others taking tak-ing speaking parts are, Mrs. Louise Lyman Mrs. Sebrina Ekins, Mrs. Norma Pearson, M. Ward Moody, George Anderson and Miss Dorothy Doro-thy Morrison. The clever program brings out some interesting facts and accomplishments accom-plishments of PTA organizations. The recording was made in Delta by Mr. Anderson on the new $400 tape recorder recently purchased by the school district. The program of the Delta Junior Jun-ior band which was to come over the air on Dec. 20 and failed to do so needs a word of explaining. Mr. Anderson came to Delta and spent one afternoon recording tne program pro-gram which consisted of Christmas music. He mailed the recording to Richfield the following day which was Saturday, but due to the Christmas rush in the mails the package did not get to Richfield until Friday, too late for the broad cast. The recording will be used as part of the program at the Delta PTA meeting Wednesday night, eFb. 6. Parents who wish to hear their children may do so at that time. |
