Show Airman Merits Award Plaque A2c Darrel T. Allred, 3704th Basic Military Training Squadron, Lackland AFB, recently received an award of Tactical Instructor Plaque. The letter from commanding officer, of-ficer, Col. William J. Feallock, US-AF, US-AF, reads: 1. Through the execution of effective ef-fective leadership, technical knowledge, know-ledge, patience and initiative, you have moulded your flight into a unit which , by its outstanding teamwork and precision drill, has won the Flight Drill Competition. This accomplishment -reflects the high standards of achievement which you have established for the basic airmen under your supervision. supervis-ion. 2. Accomplishment ot the mission mis-sion is a leader's prime objective. Your constant pursal of this objective ob-jective has produced results which are commensurate with the highest high-est traditions of the United States Air Force. ' 3.
