Show 4-N Club Leaders Attend Training School at Logan Cora Harris, of Delta, Eleanor Murray, Abraham, Merle Bower, of Fillmore and Sarah Nielson, Home Demonstration Agent for Millard ' County returned Saturday evening ; from Logan where they attended the 4-H Club Leaders Training School. Approximately 200 leaders from all counties in the state spent the week learning all phases of 4-H Club work. Each day the leaders had special spec-ial training in the project they were most interested in. These pro jects included clothing, Home improvements, im-provements, Foods, Fix-It, Dairy, Swine, Livestock, Etc. . Miss Emmie Nelson, from Chicago, Chi-cago, a member of the National Committee on Boys and Girls 4-H Club work, A. E. Bowen, Director of Extension, Wyoming, and Adam S. Bennion, vice president, Utah Power and Light, were among the guest speakers. County 4-H Training Train-ing Schools will be held during the spring and summer. National 4-H Club Week is being be-ing observed throughout the United Unit-ed States during the period March 3-11. The 1951 theme "Working Together For World Understand -ing" will be stressed in all special spec-ial activities held during the week. |
