The Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees and personal representatives of the personal defendants above named who might be deceased, and the Stockholders, Creditors, Assigns, and Successors in interest of any of the above named corporate defendants de-fendants that might have ceased to exist and all other persons unknown, un-known, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in, or lien upon the real property described in the pleading adverse to the Complain ant's ownership, or clouding his title thereto. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: I You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Dudley Crafts, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Delta, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon up-on you. If you fall to do so judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded demand-ed in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto here-to annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action brought to quiet title on the following land in Millard County, Utah: The W. dft the SEM, of Sec. 25, T. 17 S., R. 7 W., S.L.M., and containing 80 acres, more or less. Also, the NW4 of the NEy4 of Sec. 36, T. 17 S., of R. 7 W., S. L.M., and containing 40 acres, more or less. Commencing at the NE. corner of the SE'A of the SEM, of Sec. 34, T. 17 S., of R. 7 W., S.L.M. and running th. W. 80 rods; the. S. 64 rods; th. E. 20 rods; th. S. 16 rods; th. E. 60 rods; th. N. 80 rods to the place of beginning, and containing 38 acres, more or less. The NW of the SW of Sec. 32, T. 17 S., of R. 6 W., S. L. M. and containing 40 acres, more or less. The NW1, and the NEVi of the SW, of Sec. 23, T. 17 S., of R 8 W., S.L.M., EXCEPTING, however, how-ever, a right of way Dor a State Highway; and a right of way for an open drain, described as follows: fol-lows: Beg. 153 ft. S. of the NE corner of the NW'A of said Sec. 23; running th. S. 2464 ft. th W 43 ft; th. N. 2464 ft.; th. E. 43 ft. to beg. The W.lA of the NW of Sec 8, T. 18 S., R. 7 W., S.L.M., and containing 80 acres, more or less. Dated this 20 day of October 1950.
